2. Use License & Conduct

Permission is granted to temporarily use VibeTunes for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

🚫 User Conduct

When using social features like Vibe Map and Vibe Blend, you agree NOT to:

• Post any content (songs, messages, or custom statuses) that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or illegal.
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users via map locations or shared rooms.
• VibeTunes reserves the right to ban users or remove content that violates these rules without notice.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on VibeTunes's website are provided "as is". VibeTunes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

4. Limitations

In no event shall VibeTunes be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VibeTunes.
